Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This page explains what we do with the information you entrust to us on the fluxfly.be website. It covers this website only. The FluxFly application will have its own privacy policy.
Who is responsible for your data
Mohamed Henini, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading under the FluxFly brand, established in France. Full contact details are given in the legal notice.
For any question about your data, write to contact@fluxfly.be. We do not have a data protection officer: the law does not require one for this kind of activity. Your message is handled by the FluxFly team.
The information we collect
When you request a demo, we record what you enter in the form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- your profession;
- the language of the page (French, Dutch or English);
- the date and time of your request;
- how you arrived on the website: the name of the site you came from, or the name of the campaign if you clicked one of our links. This information is read from the page address when you send the form. It uses no cookie and nothing is stored in your browser.
When you visit the website, our server records each page requested in a log: the page, the date and time, your browser and operating system, the page you came from, and your truncated IP address (its last part is erased before it is recorded).
When you send the form, your full IP address is kept in memory for one hour at most, to block repeated submissions by bots. It is never written to disk.
We do not ask you for any information about your patients.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- Replying to your request: calling you back, presenting FluxFly to you, arranging a demonstration
- Legal basis (Article 6 GDPR)Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b)
- Why this basisYou are the one asking us to contact you before any contract.
- Knowing how you heard about us
- Legal basis (Article 6 GDPR)Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f)
- Why this basisKnowing which links and ads work. We only keep the name of a website or campaign.
- Counting visits to the website
- Legal basis (Article 6 GDPR)Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f)
- Why this basisImproving the website. The statistics are totals (visits per page, per day, per referring site) that cannot identify you.
- Protecting the website against abuse
- Legal basis (Article 6 GDPR)Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f)
- Why this basisPreventing a bot from sending hundreds of fake requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to send you a newsletter or advertising. We make no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Your demo request, if it does not lead to a contract | 2 years after your last message, then it is erased |
| Your request, if you tell us you are no longer interested | erased within a month of your message |
| Your request, if you become a customer | kept for our business relationship; your contract will state the period |
| The visit log (truncated IP address) | 6 months, then it is erased |
| Your full IP address (protection against abuse) | 1 hour at most, in memory only |
| Visit statistics | these are anonymous totals: we keep them as long as they are useful to us |
Your request exists in two places: in a file on our server and in our email inbox. The same periods apply to both.
Who can see it
Only the FluxFly team reads your requests.
Our only service provider is OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). It hosts the website and the request file in France, as well as our email. It acts on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.
Your data does not leave the European Union.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have it corrected if it is wrong;
- have it erased;
- ask us to restrict its use;
- object to its use for statistics or channel tracking;
- receive the information from your request in a file you can reuse (portability).
To do so, write to contact@fluxfly.be. We reply within one month. If we cannot identify you with certainty from your request, we may ask you to confirm it from the email address you gave us.
If you are not satisfied with our reply
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority:
- in Belgium, the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be), if you live or work in Belgium;
- in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), because FluxFly is established in France.
The CNIL is the lead authority for FluxFly. If you contact the Belgian authority, it handles your complaint together with the CNIL.
